I don't have a "when I press the sleep button" on that pane -- I have 
"when I close the cover" and "when I push the power button".  I don't 
really want to make the power button do anything other than power-down 
the system, so what I've done, since the fn-12 seems to be pretty 
hardwired to do "hibernate" is make the close-cover [which I used to have 
hibernate] do a standby.  It'd be nice if I could mess with that [e.g, 
make the otherwise-unused fn-11 do standby, but it appears that that's 
not possible...
