Would Snagit work? Not free, but saves in a variety of directions.
Our graphic artist is creating forms in PDF that will be given to
experienced teachers who will be evaluating student teachers in the
field. They need to be able to save the data and e-mail the completed
forms to a program coordinator. The graphic artist created some
beautiful forms then discovered se couldn't save the data. Some of
the teachers will be using MAC's with OS-X and can open the forms in
Preview and save the data. I'm looking for a similar solution for the
Windows users. I'd like it to be free
