Norton Ghost can copy partitions and their type (win32,NTFS) size
configurations and file systems while formatting the hard drive leaving the
file systems intact so that you don't have to go through the tedious two
step process of formatting and partitioning the hard drive the way you like.
Ghost does this in one single step but remember if you should copy your hard
drive make sure the source drive is the same size as the target drive. It
realy helps if the target drive is bigger than the source.
As an FYI - dells use ghost for their recovery stuff.
