Have not used OE for reading newsgroups for over a year. When I went to the
newsgroup and OE updated the headers, I lost all my old messages that I had
downloaded. I have OE configured to only d/l headers, "delete messages x
days" is not checked, i.e. disabled. as well as "delete read messages" is
disabled. I can tell from the size of the *.dbx file for the newsgroup, that
it must contain the old messages. However, I can not get OE to display the
headers so that I can read them.
Any ideas how to get the downloaded messages from a year ago to show so they
can be read???
