From their first FAQ listed:

"We offer the software for downloading only, it means that you do not receive a fancy package, a printed manual and license that actually aggregate the largest part of the retail price. In this situation we are restricted in selling the products for private purposes only! You will not be able to get a technical support and different rebates from the manufacturer. Updates are available for the most of our products (you may ask our support staff for the exceptions) that make them fully functional and operating. Additionally you save the delivery cost. "

LICENSE!!, you don't need no stinking license!

Not to mention, if you download Microsoft software from anyone other than
Microsoft, there is a sigificant risk of picking up trojans or a rootkitted
version of the software.

The old adage still works: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Buyer Beware, Russ! Those are all scams. Some you don't even get anything if

you pay them and others are pirated keys. Those guys will be gone soon and
pop up under a different name.

Hi All,

I was just wondering about these sites that offer pricey software (XP Pro
for one) for a major discount for download only. Is this legit?

Thanks
