I'm not so sure that you can swap toner from one cart to another without making a mess. And you don't want to make a mess with toner if you can avoid it. The stuff is much finer than dust and goes right through ordinary vacuum cleaner bags. I wouldn't want to breathe it. I guess a hepa filter would stop it but don't quote me on that unless you read it somewhere else first!
That's about the extent of my toner knowledge unfortunately. I worked on impact printers, those "other guys" did the laser printers. Back in the day...
