"Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 cannot coexist with any earlier version of Microsoft Outlook. If you choose to install Office Outlook 2003, the Setup program will not allow you to keep any earlier version. Microsoft Outlook 2002, Microsoft Outlook 2000, or Microsoft Outlook 98 will be removed even if you click to select the Keep these programs check box in the Removing Previous Versions dialog box." I wouldn't worry about it. Outlook 2003 is *so* much nicer than 2000, not to mention less buggy in certain environments. Just make sure you have a backup of your PST file and PAB file if any, and you should be fine.
