I know nothing about ATA, PATA, etc. Is there anything special about
this drive that it might not work in the average computer....say like an
out of the box eMachine?
BTW, Outpost.Com is the On-Line store for Fry's Electronics, a family-
owned (or once was if it still isn't) electronic store on the west coast.
Started with one store in San Jose, Ca not many years ago and now they
may have a dozen. I always shopped there until I moved 11/04. They
are very customer oriented and really take care of folks. I haven't dealt
with the online store, though.
