outlook 2003 uses unicode pst format, which is not supported by 2002,
so that needs to be checked boefore moving the pst. There are also
some difference in the rules so some may not work.

Normally your PST file contains messages and contacts, so no extra steps are
needed beyond taking a copy fo the PST file. For practice, do a test
migration of your mail to another user on your computer.
