Hi Dianne,
<snip outlook 2003 uses unicode pst format, which is not supported by 2002,
so that needs to be checked boefore moving the pst.
PL] The rules wizzard has an option to export to Outlook 2002 so that should
be ok. However, I could upgrade that installation of Office as well.
