Yes, it's confusing - ES, CS, LS, RS at apc.com, but mine is definitely an XS. The documentation pamphlet that is enclosed says it's for the RS\XS 1200 and RS\XS 1500. It appears the only difference between the RS and XS series is that the RS comes with in\out surge protector jacks for an Ethernet cable.
