Heh, I'd say the same for Linksys....

I've lost track of how many times I've called tech support and reamed them 
out because a feature the they are selling one of their products on either 
isn't implemented or just doesn't work. <sigh> Maybe 3 or 4 firmwares later, 
they finally get it right.
