Microsoft Bob was an interface they briefly introduced to overlay either Windows 3.1 or Windows 95, I don't remember which one. It was geared to Kids/Family/Home users and was meant to make it easy for non-tech users to work with Windows, play games, e-mail, etc. I never loaded it so I don't know everything it did, but it didn't last long.
