When I opened the message, I found that Marc Sims had written:

Well, it looks like both our downloads came up with the wrong file size.
Your's worked, right?
Well, for whatever reason, I can't even download it again on my computer
with IE. I may install Mozilla again and try it.
Thanks for your help. I guess we've figured out why it won't install. Still
don't know why I can't download it, tho.
