Anyway, I downloaded from MS website.
They charged my Credit Card the $1.50 download fee and I received
confirmation via eMail.

I downloaded and installed GetRight and still am unable to get the darned file.
I guess I'll wait for the CD, which I also paid for.
I will dispute three or four charges for the $1.50, though.
