Beste Rick and Carl, after having tried your suggestions, the problem still excisted.
I then started a more extensive investigation and found some more inconsistences in Int. Explorer (BTW it's version 6). I then had a closer look at Windows XP SP2 and discovered also some small defects. Since I had done a very recent backup of all my data, I decided I might as well do a restore run for Windows, since the restore includes the SP2. After that the problems had disapeared. The only extra work I had to do was reinstalling the virusscanner, firewall, 65 updates from Microsoft and some reinstalling of programs on drive D. Because I have my three computers half around me on a curved desk I could do the reinstall while working on my other two computers on a swivel-chair. Thanking you for the advise, met vriendelijke groet, Eppo. -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: Windows Home/SOHO [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Namens Rick Glazier Verzonden: vrijdag 13 oktober 2006 12:06 First thing I would try is to add the site to your Trusted Site Zone. (Only if it IS a site you would trust...) If it works then, you have narrowed it down to a Browser Security setting somewhere... Then you have to go through all your settings and (at the very least) set them to prompt to start figuring out which one it is...
