I did the same on my daughter's PC, her login has no password, my login
does, and TweakUI will NOT autologin her login, but will auto-logon
mine, so I assumed auto-login MUST have a password to work (which would
explain the "set password" button on the auto-logon screen of TweakUI).
Did you enable logging-on with a blank password (search in xp's help for
"blank password")?
