the temp is an incomplete transfer. you need open the transfer manager
and resume the transfer. I don't know if renaming it will work - it
definitely won't if the file is corrupt.

Well.... I learn something new every day. The FT Mgr worked, but it wasn't
apparent. It created a new sub-folder and transfer the file as a tmp file,

can probably rename to setup.exe. I also downloaded the file through a Virtual
PC
installation of WinXP and it came through with the proper name (setup.exe) and

same file size. I probably did something, perhaps a tweak to avoid a security
problem in Internet Explorer, which messed with the ActiveX controls in FT Mgr.
