So, I'm confused. What is supposed to be the benefit of a "new and

What/where are these sites that people cannot access with IE7? I've
yet to find one, personally. I did have a tech at my Visa card
company claim that IE7 was why I couldn't download statements, but I
told him that I also couldn't d/l them in IE6. Anyway, that problem
was resolved several days later on their end; seemed to be a
configuration issue with my account, but not something that was under
my control.
Anyway, I've been very pleased with the performance of IE7 on each of
the systems I've installed it on. Doing the install during prime
business hours can be a PITA, though. After the install it goes to
an MS site for final configuration and when that site is busy it can
take forever.
Now that I've grown accustomed to the IE7 interface, I don't like IE6
whenever I'm somewhere else and have to use it.
FWIW, YMMV, IMHO, and all that.
