Marc: This is mainly geared toward freeing up disk space for media
files but the principles are pretty much the same in cleaning Temporary files,
internet browser cache ect.

Is there somewhere that I can read and learn how to clean up my
computer. It has gotten so sluggish... I know it has to be from some
of the downloads, like tool bars etc..also there are all kinds of
files that I don't know if I can delete or not... is there some list
of extensions that are not needed.

Thank you...PS. Feel free to write me off list if you choose.
