Hi Harondel, Dragon naturally speaking learns when you use the correction dialog box. I presume you carried out the 10 minute general training? You can indeed add specialised vocabulary and show dragon sample documents so that it can adapt to your writing style.
I suggest, you dictate your reports for a week and use the correction dialog box to correct errors. And then try transcribing from your digital recorder. Another thing to take into account is the way you are dictating. I you enunciating clearly enough? Could you send me a sample of your dictation? I would be better able to help you once I know how you are dictating. Also, have you ask this question on the knowbrainer forum?
