I second a vote for more lines. Yes, some would like to be brief and
to the point but there are times when some people need a little
more clarity when answering any questions that others on this list may have.

IMHO its the fair thing to do.

I vote for more lines too, please. 

Because at least one of me is, well, long winded, Dickensian and
a technically perfectionistic narciss... Aaah, someone who is
obsessively precise. 

Nevertheless, I completely agree with Mr. Parker:

I just want permission to go long if I have to. If there's a
moderated way to do that, then I wouldn't mind living with limits
the rest of the time.
