I think that the start menu folder for Strawberry Perl has links to
various sites -- which is how I think we assume most Windows users
will go looking for support information.

I think win32.perl.org has become a bit stale after the initial rush
of work to get vanilla/strawberry out.
Personally, I'd like to see it all get migrated to the official perl5 wiki.

It would be nice if we could get this list listed on lists.perl.org,
but that's apparently been an impossible task.

At Oslo, tux showed Adam how to add that information in a "local
patches" section of perl -V output (which is what ActiveState does).
I believe that made it into the 5.10.0.1 release, but I'm not sure.
