I explained that I have no license.txt file as they suggest I should
have. Frankly, I have to wonder if THEY know how their product is
registered. It could be that the license.txt file came with the CD
version but not the online version. I haven't been able to identify
what file in my registered version holds the license code and they
didn't even respond to that part of my query.
Wish I could help more but they don't seem too concerned about
customers.
