[Win4Lin-users] Win4Lin, VMWare AND OSS all in the same kernel?

Help?  VMWare will not install without being able to compile it's modules.
After installing Win4Lin, VMware will no longer install.
If VMWare is installed.. Win4Lin will not install.
OSS will install after Win4lin.. but I've not been albe to get
all 3 to install at once...

Any ideas??
