If you already have an iso image, you don't need to "make"isofs. What
you need to do is "record" it. Assuming your CDwriter is the first
scsi device, the syntax would look something like:
cdrecord speed=8 dev=0,0,0 filename.iso
This will take filename.iso and stick it on the CD for you. Check
"man cdrecord" for more details and options. BTW, if this is a Linux
iso distribution, the iso image is already bootable.
