There's an old expression that goes something like "Take a chance..if
you're right, you'll be happy; if you're wrong you'll be wiser."
Can't backtrack much on file copy approach but, if you're using one of
the typical Windoze-based CD softwares, they all have an iso image
burn facility. Just hunt around (often in advanced options) and
you'll find it.
