i've been playing around with the two modes. vnet mode seems noticeably slower than winsock. oddly, the speed hit doesn't necessarily seem to be when doing network operation (example: i'm in quicken 2000 and go to open a window). it isn't always slow at the same time (e.g. other windows might open just fine). i expect to use winsock mode most of the time anyway (except when i have to telecommute using SecureRemote). any ideas what is going on there? _______________________________________________ Win4Lin-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.netraverse.com/mailman/listinfo/win4lin-users
