Ahhh... I _do_ have the / drive mapped as Drive U:. I shall change that
tonight and see what happens.
I was eyeballing that option just after I wrote my original email and
pondering it. I changed a few options for display and got Win4Lin to run,
but just one session, when I exited and tryed to restart it, I get the same
VM_DIED message.
Your suggestion does sound promising though, as I recall most things keep
working fine until someone changes something, and that is something I had
changed.
