[Win4Lin-users] VM_DIED error

I had Win4Lin working fine on my kernel 2.4.5 with 2.4.4 patch.  After I 
rebooted last night, I keep getting the following error when trying to start 
Win4Lin v3:

VM_DIED: dos: ERROR: The VM86 process died. 

And then Win4Lin shuts down.

suggestions?  Ideas? Ridicule? (help)
