I'm seeing the stalling as well. I find that if I hit the Windows-E
key to bring up Windows Explorer after Win4Lin 3.0 first comes up
that there is a long, long delay. However during this delay I can
go RMB on My Computer and select "Explore" and that comes up
immediately. But the Start menu is locked out until the Windows-E
explorer session eventually comes up.
Stock RH 7.1 install
Win4Lin 3.0 w/ whatever the default RAM config. is
Win98 (not SE)
Vnet
Ethernet card in computer
384K RAM
