[Win4Lin-users] Make it say "Microsoft Windows 98 on Win4Lin 3.0"

When the Win4Lin window comes up,
the banner says "Windows".

I would like it to say "Microsoft Windows 98 on Win4Lin 3.0"

There's certainly plenty of room.

Can I do that?

If so, how?
