Robert,

The CD licenses are not unique - i.e. anyone who can get their hands on
the license.txt from the CD will have the exact same license.txt. Thus, 
the only way we can verify that any single copy of the CD is registered
only once, we need a unique identifier. The two unique identifiers would
be the serial number included with the CD in the boxed set, or the
LIC_ID field in a registered license.txt (this is the file sent to a 2.0
user after they registered with us. These files are personalized and
include your name/address/etc as well). If you do not have either of
these,
send us as much information on your purchase as you can (name, date
purchased,
order number if available, etc) and we can verify it manually and send
you
your upgrade key.
