I picked up a cheap pc off of eBay, installed a 30gig hdd, hooked up my
printer, scanner and dsl modem then tied into the household lan to share all
of these. And my other boxes backup to this server's hdd at an average of
75mb/min.
A bit more costly then a router, but yields a whole lot more.
