If that's directed at my problem of the installer segfaulting, I have no
idea. My installer segfaults whether I tell it to check for an update,
or skip the check. Last week Tech Support told me that the problem had
been identified, and code committed to CVS, so I've been waiting for the
patched installer to be released.
