download. Position your pointer, (that's the little arrow on your
screen) over this choice, and then, depending on your browser,
left click or shift-left click, and follow the on screen
instructions. This is a pdf file, and my require a special
program (sometimes called a plugin, helper program or a stand
alone application) to read it.
