Viktor,
The problem you are describing is not with Win4Lin running on a
ReiserFS partition, but is the fact that the Mandrake kernel RPM in some
cases does not properly load modules from the initrd. In your case it
sounds like one of these modules is the ReiserFS module, and you
probably have a ReiserFS / partition. When the module doesn't load
during boot, and the system tries to mount / (without ReiserFS support
in the kernel) the kernel panics. The easiest solution is to roll your
own kernel and be sure to include ReiserFS support.
