That's something I don't know about, never heard of it <smile>.

Regard tools and features offered by JAWS, I'm curious to know how many people 
find the "Research" feature of use?

I suspect that those - in the know - find it most useful indeed! for searching 
or researching whatever is required though I also have a feeling that 90% of 
JAWS users are blissfully unaware of the function and its those people most 
likely who could really benefit from it.
