Hi Dane,

Anyhow can someone point me to a shortcut or spot on the ribbon where I can
find options for new calendar entry's, new reminders and so on, all those
things were in the File Menu of Outlook 2007 but appear to have been
relocated on the ribbon somewhere else and invisible to me right at the
moment.

So if you want to set a new appointment, you'd press ctrl+2 to go to the calendar, then ctrl+n to make your appointment. Then if you want to see what appointments you have for the day, it depends on how you have your view set up. Mine's set up for a week, so I just press left- or right-arrow until I hear the day I want, then tab or shift+tab through the appointments.

Please let me know if I didn't answer your question.

Mary
