I've been using Google, my friend <smile> if you don't like the ribbon that much - can't see why you would but if you don't - there's an add-in you can put into Office which disables the ribbon completely and you get the old menu system back, is this similar I wonder to what Mary's talking about?
Also I think there was someone looking for a Twitter client for Windows? Again using my friend Google <smile>, I found something called Twinbox, this is a plug-in which integrates with Outlook which allows the sending and receiving of Tweets from Outlook.
