Hi all

Is there any change in the status of professional quality audio editing under
Windows? We bought, but never got a serial number from Sony for, Sound Forge
10. So we're unwilling to invest further in that software. So what are the
alternatives? I'm still very ready to persist with Goldwave which seems to be
a very accessible and friendly application. I just wondered whether there was
any alternative which offered things like multi-tracking. I haven't seen that
facility in Golwave but that does not mean that it doesn't exist. It simply
means that I haven't encountered it.

Any input welcome and appreciated. I'm open to new suggestions as well. Maybe
Reaper or something like that might be a worthwhile investment.

Kind regards
