Well... I have punctuation set to none, and JAWS doesn't say dot dot dot unless 
I spell it out.Punctuation can also be changed in the startup wizard.

Yes, that occurred to me as well actually.  Hey, is there a way to have Jaws 
stop saying things like “Blah dot dot dot””?  I’d rather just hear the “Blah” 
bit.  I am using the Serena Vocalizer Expressive voice and, although she sounds 
pale in comparison to the Acapela voices, she seems to work better with Jaws.  
Point here is that I have the voice set to speak very fast and I for some 
reason find the “dot dot dot” a bit irritating.
