Typically folks who have access to TCK, if they need to get others to help, then they open JIRA's and possibly write a
stand alone test and attach it to JIRA.
One more thing that is prevalent is that everyone who *has* access to the TCK can be on a private mailing list.
(Geronimo has one, JAXWS has one shared by both cxf and axis2)
