The following is a quote from Chapter 3 of the Minnesota Traffic Laws:
 
  • When two vehicles on different roadways approach an intersection not controlled by a traffic sign or signal at about the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left should yield to the vehicle on the right.
  •  
    I did not get my license in Minnesota, but yielding to the vehicle on the right was a part of the rules & regs many, many years ago and to my knowledge has not been changed anywhere in the USA.
