If I May:   The Law states that when two or more vehicles reach an Uncontrolled Intersection...at the same time, the vehicle on the direct right has the right of way....   I wish I had a dollar for every time I have seen two cars piled up into junk in the center of an intersection, and both drivers claim:  "I was here first....."   Excuse Me, but it looks like you were both here at the same time......   Thank You.
