[Winona Online Democracy] Labor Management Teams (LMC) I have recently been revisiting what the State Bureau of Mediation Services offers free for training and facilitating LMCs in schools, governments and private business throughout Minnesota. A school site based team seems to add community / customers but otherwise what I have read in this forum (especially Scott's '5 min' discussion) would lead me to believe that an LMC that operates the way the BMS now lays it out would have much potential. I would encourage the teacher's union and WAPS administration to check it out. http://www.bms.state.mn.us/labor.html
