[Winona Online Democracy] Hello Winona Online Democracy,
In regards to the concept of Site Teams... 1. So much wonderful potential... 2. A LONG way to go to get there... 3. At the end of Randy Schenkat's e-mail, he mentioned a "decision matrix of what was site, central office and board decisions" that was created at some point in the past. If that document could be found and resurrected, I think that would be a huge help for many people. When I served on the High School's Site Team, that was one of the biggest problems, if not thee biggest problem, "who has what authority to do what and when?" Enough said. I'm trying to hold my tongue on this one. (Believe it or not, I actually do that at times.) ;-> Dwayne Voegeli =============== >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >From: Randy Schenkat <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Subject: Fwd: Re: [Winona] Discussion on Site Teams >Date: Wed, 29 Oct 2003 16:03:35 -0600 >Status: > >[Winona Online Democracy] > >HI..
