[Winona Online Democracy] I appreciate Scott Lowery's comments on the Harbor View in Pepin. I would still put it in the classic restaurant model - a sailboat harbor qualifies as "entertainment" in my book - both the folks who have been sailing as their entertainment and the visitors/spectators who watch the sailboats and river as their entertainment.
