[Winona Online Democracy] I had some ideas earlier, and now you have a list of 500 that need improvement.. Please list them. Let us then see how many will be picked up on and accomplished by voluntary citizen involvement. Someone at a meeting asked "does government have to do EVERYTHING?" I believe it was Dieter. Another quote: "the world is run by those who show up". Let's encourage people to show up and comment and DO, not just snipe from the sidelines.
