At-Large City Council Race: Everyone in the city of Winona can vote in this. 4 choices to choose from. 2. 3rd Ward City Council Race: City center. 3 choices. 3. School Board Race: Goodview, Rollingstone, and western parts of school district. 3 choices. ----- If you haven't voted before in Winona, or if you have moved and don't know where to go and vote, call the County Auditor's office at 457-6320 and they can tell you where to go. ----- Democracy is a beautiful thing but we if don't use it, we'll lose it.
